X-men Supreme Issue 57: Rivalry and Reflections is LIVE!

The X-men Supreme fanfiction series is heating up along with the weather. Over the course of X-men Supreme Volume 3: Ashes of Hope, there have beem stories of a very personal nature to some of the characters. The previous issue, Issue 56: Diary of the Fallen, told such a story for Storm, Nightcrawler, and Rogue. While the main theme of X-men has always centered around the struggle between mutants and humans, Marvel has always taken time to tell more character-driven stories. Like the comics, I try to do the same with X-men Supreme.

Many times, I try to mix the two. When you can mix character-driven stories along with the typical struggle between humans and mutants, you've got a much deeper story. That's what I've been trying to do here with X-men Supreme. That's also the point of this latest issue. It takes some story elements that developed very recently in the pages of District X and follows both family drama and some ongoing issues with the X-men's old nemesis, Magneto. Last we heard from the Master of Magnetism, he made contact with Cyclops's young, rebellious brother, Havok. Now in this latest issue of this fanfiction series, the X-men and the Brotherhood of Mutants are set to face off again in another conflict that has the potential to affect the course of X-men Supreme.

Issue 57: Rivalry and Reflections

I'm very excited about the progress with X-men Supreme Volume 3: Ashes of Hope. Already, it's shaping up to be the most intense installment of X-men Supreme to date and it will most likely be longer compared to the previous two volumes. I'm getting ready for a huge X-men Supreme event and with Marvel's big Avengers vs. X-men event going on, the timing couldn't be better. As such, it's very important I continue to receive feedback. There haven't been too many comments aside from the spammers that can't seem to leave this website alone. So please take the time to post a review in the comments section of each new issue. If ever you have any questions about X-men Supreme or want to talk comics in general, please contact me and I'll be happy to chat. Until next time, take care and best wishes! Excelsior!
